The Intelligent Investor has listed its four funds on the ASX, and all transactions for INES, INIF, IIGF and IISV ETF units take place on the market. To sell shares, you will need to go through a share broker or use a share trading platform.
Here are the steps to help you sell units of INES, INIF, IIGF and IISV on the ASX:
Step 1: Open a Brokerage Account:
If you don't have a brokerage account, use the ASX website to find a broker and open an account.
Step 2: Transfer Units to Your Trading Account:
Request your share broker to initiate an "Issuer Sponsored Transfer" to move the ETF units from the share registry to your share trading account.
You'll need your Security Reference Number (SRN), which would have been initially provided to you.
If you don't have your SRN on hand, reach out to the Intelligent Investor team by calling 1300 880 160. They will verify your identity and send the SRN to you via email.
Important: SRN numbers start with the letter "I" for India.
Step 3: Place an Order:
Once your account is funded, place an order to sell shares through your broker's trading platform or by contacting the broker directly.
By following these steps, you can sell shares in INES, INIF, IIGF and IISV on the ASX.
