If you're approaching the end of your course access and find that you need additional time, here’s a straightforward way to request an extension:

Make sure to include your name in the email.
Clearly state that you need more time to complete the course and request an extension.
Our support team will review your email and respond with the details of your new expiry date where applicable. While we aim to accommodate all requests for extensions, we assess each one to ensure fairness and necessity.
