What are the referral rewards, and how will I receive them?

The referral reward will be applied as a default to your subscription account. This means that if you have a subscription to either Eureka Report or Intelligent Investor, you will receive a $100 credit to your subscription account to use at your next renewal.

If you do not have a subscription to either Eureka Report or Intelligent Investor, then you will have $100 deposited into your PMA account.

The credit amount will be applied within three months after your referee has either paid for their annual subscription or funded their investment account.

How do I refer a friend or family member?

Your friend or family member must use your Personalised Referral Code when joining an InvestSMART Group service. You can find this Code in your My Account > Refer Friends.

Your friend or family must either pay for their subscription or fund their investment account within 90 days of the referral code being generated.


Referring an Investor

If I open multiple accounts or use another InvestSMART Group service, can I refer myself?

No, you can only refer members who do not already have an active paid account with the InvestSMART Group. You cannot refer yourself, and we reserve the right to check your eligibility and refuse your eligibility at our sole discretion.

What happens if I or my Referee closes their account?

You or your referee will receive your referral reward of $100 within three months of your referee either paying for their subscription or funding their investment account.

You will receive that credit to your subscription account. If you do not have a subscription account, you will receive the $100 referral reward as a credit to your investment account.

If you or your Referee close your investment account before the credit is applied, you will not be eligible to receive the credit.


Referring a Eureka Report or Intelligent Investor member

What happens if I or my referee cancels the subscription early?

You and your referee will receive the referral reward as a credit to your subscription account within three months of your referee either paying for their annual subscription or funding their investment account.

This credit can only be used for payment toward your subscription renewal. If you or your referee cancel your subscription before the credit is used, you will lose your credit amount.


Other FAQ

Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?

No, there is no limit to how many friends and family you refer. But you will only receive the $100 referral reward once per friend (even if they purchase more than one InvestSMART product).

How do I track my referrals?

You can track the success and status of your referrals in your InvestSMART My Account > Refer Friends > Referral Activity.

Can I receive my Referral Reward in cash?

No, you cannot receive cash in lieu of the Reward.

Can I refer someone who is already a member of InvestSMART or InvestSMART Group service?

No, you can only refer someone who is not an existing member of InvestSMART or one of InvestSMART Group's services. Referral benefits cannot be applied retrospectively.

Can I refer someone if I am not a subscriber/investor?

No. You (as the "Referrer") will receive the $100 referral credit only if you have an active account for one of our eligible products or services and refer your family or friend to an eligible product or service.
