No, there is no limit to the number of units the fund can issue in this secondary offer.

No investors will be scaled back. Your funding will be rounded down to the nearest whole unit and the fund will absorb the residual funds.

Example:

Your application amount is $2,000.

Let's assume for this example the issue price is $2.99 per unit.

You will receive 668 units.

The remaining $2.68 is not enough to issue a whole unit, and since fractions of a unit cannot be issued, the remaining $2.68 is absorbed by the fund.
