Can't I buy INES on the market? Isn't this a listed fund?

What are the advantages of purchasing shares in this share issue vs buying on the ASX with a share broker?

Yes, you can.

The Intelligent Investor funds (INIF, INES & IIGF) are listed on the ASX, and anyone with a brokerage account can buy units right now.

The benefits of participating in the offer are:

  • Not having to pay brokerage costs,

  • Additionally, the units will be listed at NAV on the offer close date.

On market investors transact at the sell and buy price which is approximately one cent above the NAV.
