Yes, partial withdrawals and/or account closures can be made at any time via your online account. It usually takes 4-5 business days from lodgement for the funds to available in your nominated bank account.
If you wish to keep your account active you cannot withdraw past the $1,000 minimum.
If you need to withdraw past the $1,000 minimum, then an account closure will be required.
