Is there a minimum period I need to be invested?

There is no minimum investment timeframe, however the Fund has no automatic redemption rights. There is a suggested investment timeframe of five years. While you are not ‘locked in’ to this investment please note that as the Fund is illiquid as defined by s601KA of the Corporations Act, there are no automatic redemption rights. The Responsible Entity intends to make withdrawal offers on a quarterly basis but there is no guarantee such offers will be made. Please see Section 5 of the PDS.
